The "Art BBaZel - Troy" show opened last week at Troy's newest and biggest art gallery: The Art of Custom Framing. The show runs through Feb 7th. The gallery is located at 3863 Rochester Rd in Troy (W side of Rochester Rd just S of Wattles. ) Their large showroom features numerous artists. They also offer a vast array of picture frames and can also produce custom large format prints. And, the sports memorabilia is wonderful, too. Owner Art Bashi, pictured here, welcomed guests and showed off the wide array of framing available at the gallery’s new Troy location.
Among the featured artists was James Homer Brown whose colorful art is featured in numerous collections around metro Detroit.
Troy resident Larry Zdeb is second time finalist for the Michigan Great Artist Competition sponsored by the Park West Gallery.
